Tolba means turtle in Abenaki. The turtle is one of the Abenaki totem animals. Totem animals are used to explain life through tales and legends. All animals possess a characteristic that is often associated with a person when that animal is assigned to the totem. The tortoise represents perseverance and wisdom. Its shell symbolizes protection from human injury.

We strongly recommend that you clean your paddle board with water (chemical-free and non-bleach) after each use, to remove any residue. Before storing it in its bag, it’s very important to let the board dry completely (see user guide).
