Refund policy

We are committed to providing high quality products and exceptional customer service. Here are the details of our refund and return policy to help you better understand our conditions.

 

Purchase refund/exchange

If you wish to return or exchange a Kizos product, simply write to us at [email protected]. Your request must be made within 10 days of delivery with the following information:
  • Your order number;
  • The product(s) you wish to exchange or return;
  • The reason for the exchange or return.
 
Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense.
 

For an exchange or refund, the product must be in its original packaging, unused (as new), without damage or scratches. We reserve the right to refuse a return and not to issue a refund or exchange if a product is not returned in its original packaging and has been used.

 
Defects and warranty :
  • Any aesthetic defects in a product (paddleboard and/or accessory) must be reported to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. For ecological reasons, only aesthetic defects that we consider to be major will be exchanged. Cosmetic defects that do not affect the use of the board are not covered by the warranty. Please note that all items are carefully inspected before delivery;
  • 2-year limited warranty on board quality to original purchasers. This warranty is not transferable if the board is sold to a third party;
  • The warranty will not apply if:
    • Your board is delaminated or damaged due to exposure to excessive heat (direct sunlight, prolonged time in the car and/or in its transport bag);
    • Damage caused by impact or other sharp objects (rocks, docks, animal claws, etc.);
    • Your board has been damaged by improper use or maintenance;
    • Damage to the board caused by transport (e.g. transporting the board on the roof of a car);
    • Your board has been damaged by negligence, misuse or accident during loading, unloading, transport or handling on or near water;
    • There is damage to the fin or fin housing caused by impact or misuse of the board;
    • The board was used for commercial purposes;
    • The board was used for rental or for paddleboard lessons;
    • Your board has been damaged during paddling, wave surfing or SUP competitions;
    • Your board has been improperly repaired or modified by companies not recommended by Kizos paddleboards;
    • Your board has been damaged because the storage space was either too wet, too hot or too cold (see your user manual for details);
    • Your board has been damaged as a result of natural disasters or accidents such as fires, floods, etc;
    • Any damage caused by mishandling of the paddleboard, such as improper loading/unloading in the car, at the airport, rolling the board when inflating/deflating, etc., will be reimbursed.

 

To help you maintain your inflatable paddle board, please consult the user manual supplied with your board.

  • In the case of defects covered by warranty, we accept returns upon approval. If you need assistance with your product, please contact us by e-mail with the following information:
    1. Order number;
    2. Description of the problem with a photo or video.
